It’s a challenge! The SoSL 15 Day Challenge, to be exact.
This challenge is centered around the concepts of self love and self care, and is designed to provide reminders to care for yourself and get you to think about what it is you really want and need.
You can do this challenge either privately (in a journal or personal blog, for example), or publicly (if you choose this option, use the hashtag #SoSL15Day so you can play along with everyone else doing the challenge!). You can start the challenge now, or do it in your own time (I’ll probably publicly participate in September). Remember: self care is an on-going practice you can revisit again and again. As a matter of fact, this challenge would be great to participate in more than once, as it is a great way to check in with yourself and see if your needs have changed over time.
